The GKCC meets at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church
2931 Kingston Pike -- Room C

We meet every Thursday from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Club Membership 2017

Adult— $20 / year

Under 12 — $10 / year

Family Junior Membership (two or more children under 18 from the same household, joining the club on the same day) — $10 / year each child

  • Only members are eligible to play in our Rated club tournaments.
  • Memberships can be renewed when less than three months remain before their expiration.
  • Multi-year memberships are not available.

Our Founder, Emanuel Tsitseklis, was never an officer of the club. But in the 1960s he was the President and Founder of the old Knoxville Chess Club.
